Customer Representative
📌 Job Responsibilities | 工作职责:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
通过电话、电邮及 WhatsApp 处理客户咨询 - Provide information about services and assist with customer concerns.
提供服务信息并协助解决客户疑问 - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients.
与客户沟通时保持积极与专业的态度 - Record and update customer interactions in the system.
记录并更新客户互动于系统中
🎯 Requirements | 职位要求: - Minimum SPM/Diploma in Customer Service, Business, or related field.
最低学历为 SPM/文凭,主修客户服务、商业或相关领域 - Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
能以马来语与英语良好沟通 - Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service is an advantage.
以客户为导向,具备解决问题的能力,有客服经验者优先
Legal Administration
📌 Job Responsibilities | 工作职责:
- Assist in handling legal documents and agreements related to property management.
协助处理与物业管理相关的法律文件和协议 - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
确保遵守法律与监管要求 - Liaise with government agencies and legal representatives.
与政府机构及法律代表沟通协调 - Maintain and organize confidential legal records.
维护并整理机密法律文件
🎯 Requirements | 职位要求: - Diploma/Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
法律、商业管理或相关领域的文凭/学位 - Understanding of legal documentation and compliance.
了解法律文件及合规程序 - Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Admin Assisstant
📌 Job Responsibilities | 工作职责:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

协助数据录入和文件归档 - Coordinate meetings and appointments.

🎯 Requirements | 职位要求: - Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
至少持有SPM或商业管理相关文凭 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
熟练使用Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
